Delivery:

Delivery must be prearranged. Trucks are to be delivered to the Clear Hills County office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday excluding holidays.

Clear Hills County does not recommend using Courier Services, as service to the County office is limited and there is no guarantee the tender will arrive on time.

Tenders will be opened on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 9:35 a.m. at a Regular Council Meeting in the Clear Hills County Council Chambers.

*Clear Hills County reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders.
