Cleaning Services for Town of Oak Bluffs Public Buildings.

The Town of Oak Bluffs seeks bids from qualified contractors interested in providing public building cleaning services for the Oak Bluffs Town Hall, Public Library, Police Station and Council on Aging facilities, for a three-year contract period, with an option to renew for two consecutive one-year contracts.

All Bids must be sealed & be CLEARLY marked:

Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM on Thursday February 6, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

Bids must be submitted to the Town Administrator's Office, 56 School Street, PO Box 1327, Oak Bluffs, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557.

This project is being bid pursuant to the requirements of MGL Chapter 30B, Section 5. The Town of Oak Bluffs reserves the right to cancel any Invitation for Bid and /or to reject in whole or in part any and all bids, when it is deemed in the best interest of the Town to do so.
