NOTICE OF IFB
The Township of Galloway is soliciting bids through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A.
40A:20.4, et seq.
Sealed bids will be received by the Township of Galloway on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 @11:00 am in
the Office of the Township Clerk, 300 E. Jimmie Leeds Road, Galloway, NJ 08205, at which time and place
responses will be opened for: Cleaning Services.
IFB responses must be made on the standard proposal forms and submitted in SEALED ENVELOPES
addressed to: Galloway Township Clerk, 300 E. Jimmie Leeds Road, Galloway Township, NJ 08205 and
clearly marked on the outside “Professional Cleaning Services for the Township of Galloway Buildings
IFB #26-001. All proposals/bids are to be submitted with one (1) original and one (1) copy.
All addendums will be issued on the website. Therefore, all interested respondents should check the website
from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all
addenda(s) related to this procurement.
Specifications and instructions to bidders may be obtained at the Purchasing Office or through the Township
website at www.gtnj.org.
Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq.
