The work provided for in these specifications shall consist of furnishing all labor and performing all work necessary to accomplish janitorial services for identified City facilities in this RFP; together with other incidental and related works as set forth in these specifications, or as directed by the Assistant City Manager, or his designated agent, hereafter referred as the “City”.

All work is located in the City of Independence, Kansas including the following facilities:

1. City Hall, 120 N. 6th St.

a. All offices (3 floors)

2. Incubator Building, 811 W. Laurel St.

a. Medical Office and entryway
