Project Description: The City of Tempe (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the cleaning of Diablo Stadium baseball facility. The primary focus of this contract is to facilitate cleaning operations during Spring Training Baseball Games at Diablo Stadium played from late February to early April. In addition to Spring Training, Diablo Stadium is a year-round, multi-use venue to which these contracted services would support. The Contractor will also perform weekly housekeeping services in frequently used areas throughout the year. The stadium has a total capacity of 9,600 (7,000 permanent seats, including suites, and 2,600 lawn seating).
