Solicits information from entities either already pursuing, or interested in pursuing, a potential role in low-carbon fuels technology development in New York. The Request for Information (RFI 5985) will help to support considerations, such as focus areas, requirements, eligibility, for next steps New York State may take as it relates to releasing a competitive solicitation. Potential respondents include stakeholders interested in low-carbon fuel production technologies, including but not limited to those working on technology research and development, project developers, financing/funding entities and other supply chain entities.
