The City of Gloucester seeks proposals for Home Performance Contractor’s to provide marketing support, customer intake and triage, and direct service related to delivery of energy assessments, weatherization, and HVAC upgrades in 1-4 family residential buildings. RFP package will be available on August 4, 2025 at bidnet direct. Proposals will be due and opened electronically on Thurs. August 21, 2025 @ 11:30am on bidnet direct
