TXST is requesting competitive proposals for selection of a responsive and responsible firm to provide construction services for The Clean Coast Collaborative to construct a rain garden in Robstown, Texas.

Excavate existing lawn, install underdrain and connect to stormwater drain (involves some concrete work on the driveway), fill with filtration media, procure native plants (a local nursery has confirmed availability) and install according to plant design.
