The City of Spokane, through its Facilities Department is initiating this Request for Qualifications (RFQu) to solicit Proposals from Firms interested in providing the City of Spokane with Clean Building Act (CBA) Compliance Assurance Services . It is the responsibility of Proposers to check ProcureWare for Addenda or other additional information that may be posted regarding this Request.
