Clayton Municipal Maintenance Facility - Hazardous Material Abatement

The City of Clayton is accepting bids for Hazardous Material Abatement, for the Clayton Municipal Maintenance Facility, located at 8300 Shaw Park Drive, Clayton, MO  63105.  Electronic copies of the bid documents can be obtained through the City’s Owner Representative, Navigate Building Solutions. Please email requests for bid documents to Joe Sweitzer at joe@navigatebuildingsolutions.com . Please direct all questions prior to submission of bids to Joe Sweitzer no later than 5:00 PM on July 2, 2025.  Hand delivered bids are due no later than 2:00 PM on July 10, 2025, to: The City of Clayton, Attn: David Gipson, City Manager, 10 N Bemiston Avenue, Clayton, MO 63105.    The City of Clayton reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals and waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City.
