The Clay Arsenal Community Development Corporation (CACDC) is soliciting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified Architectural and Engineering firms for the Beacon Commons and Walnut & Edwards Corners mixed-use development projects located in the Clay Arsenal neighborhood of Hartford, CT 06103. Beacon Commons (102–128 Albany Avenue) proposes a newly constructed four-story, 33-unit mixed-income condominium building with ground-floor commercial space. Walnut & Edwards Corners (133 Walnut Street) proposes up to 140 residential units and 30-unit incubator/startup space for craftsmen, artists, and small business owners on a 2.76-acre site. nt.
