Classroom Audio Visual Refresh Project - Displays

Lewisville Independent School District ("LISD", "District") is a Texas public school located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, encompasses approximately 127 square miles, and has approximately 48,000 students and 6,400 staff members.

As part of the 2023 Bond program, the Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for #3307-25 Classroom Audio Visual Refresh Project - Displays. This is a turnkey project for 1,500 new audio visual displays, equipment, installation, and the removal of existing equipment. The existing/removed displays and equipment shall be delivered to the LISD Warehouse (1565 W Main St. Lewisville, TX 75067) by the vendor. The District is requesting specific equipment, and is asking the vendors to adhere to the specifications on the response quotes. However, an alternate or equivalent solution may be proposed.

This request for Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) follows Government Code 2269.

This is the first phase of this project and it is anticipated that a subsequent Competitive Sealed Proposals will be issued over the next four years each consisting of approximately 1,500 displays per year for this 2023 Bond program project.
