Classroom Additions to the Violet Hill and Brockwell Campus

Invitation to Bidders:
FARCO, acting as the Construction Manager for the Izard County Consolidated School District, will be receiving bids for Classroom Additions to the Violet Hill and Brockwell Campus, located in Brockwell and Violet Hill, Arkansas. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. March 17, 2026 and should be delivered to FARCO Construction Office at 1530 Batesville Blvd, Batesville , AR 72501 prior to the bid time or emailed to James Blevins, jblevins@gofarco.com or Laura McKim, lmckim@gomajones.com . There will be a public bid opening at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday March 17, 2026 in the FARCO Construction, Batesville Office. Bids will be received and placed under review. The project owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formalities.
Bids will be taken for two separate projects. One for Brockwell Campus and the other for the Violet Hill Campus.
There will be a pre-bid meeting on Monday, March 2nd, 2026 @ 1 PM. The meeting will begin on the Brockwell Campus. When Brockwell meeting is completed the meeting will move to the Violet Hill Campus.

Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor’s License Board before the bid proposal is considered. The bid proposal and the work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations.
