The City of Greenville, South Carolina is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive Classification and Compensation Study. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the City's current classification and compensation system, ensure internal equity and external competitiveness, update job descriptions and classifications, and develop recommendations for a sustainable compensation structure that supports employee recruitment, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
