THIS IS AN INFORMAL REQUEST FOR BID (RFB). Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.
PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND.
The purpose of this solicitation is to provide 2000 tons of Class 2 shouldering material, detailed in the sample contract attachment to MNDOT D6 Rochester.
SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective bidders regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to jason.nelsen@state.mn.us, no later than March 17, 2025, 3:00 PM CT. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the solicitation facilitator listed above may result in rejection of the response.
