Class I Landfill Cell 25 Construction

Project Description: The Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County (AUTHORITY) requests interested parties to submit sealed Bids for performing all work in connection with the Class I Landfill Cell 25 Construction in conjunction with the specifications within this solicitation.
The proposed work will be contracted to a Licensed Florida Certified Contractor meeting the minimum Project Experience requirements and consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to construct the landfill cell as detailed in the solicitation documents. The work includes but is not limited to Site Preparation, Cell Base Liner System Construction, Cell Leachate Collection and Detection System, Landfill Gas System (LFG), Cell Overlay Linter System and Site Maintenance and Restoration.
The Authority has set a six percent (6%) goal for S/M/WBE subcontracting participation.
