The James Island Public Service District (JIPSD) is requesting qualifications from several utility and plumbing contractors for the installation of approximately one hundred and fifty (150) individual residential sewer service lines extending from recently installed JIPSD sewer service connections to intercept house sewers currently discharging into existing septic tanks.
