Clark Talley Subdivision Phase One

The Work under this Project consists of the development of a new subdivision in James City County, Virginia. Qualified contractors to perform site clearing; rehabilitation and improvement of existing Best Management Practices (BMPs), including upgrades to an existing dry pond to meet current stormwater regulations; and installation of stormwater conveyance systems. In accordance with the approved plans, the work shall include installation of silt fencing and stormwater runoff controls, clearing of lots, installation of new stormwater piping, inlets, and swales, extension of potable water lines to the site, and installation of eight municipal sanitary sewer connections. The site is located at 179 Clark Lane, Williamsburg, VA 23188. The site consists of three decimal zero one (3.01) acres split between eight (8) parcels, buffer areas, and an open space area for stormwater management. This site is zoned for residential redevelopment (R3). Approximately 2.25 acres will be disturbed.
