Plano Independent School District is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals for:
Clark High School Structural Repair & Renovation
SCOPE OF WORK:
The Clark HS Systems and Compliance project includes structural repair work both at select interior locations, and at the exterior paving. It also includes new HVAC controls, a new cooling tower and the replacement of several HVAC units. All exterior glazing will receive new entry resistant film. New floors in the gym, along with paint and bleacher upgrade will be done for athletic re-alignment.
The estimated budget and Location:
Estimated Budget - $3,300,000 and $165,000 owner's contingency
