Sealed bids for Clare Road Infrastructure Improvements Project will be accepted by the City of Lenexa Municipal Services, located at 7700 Cottonwood, Lenexa, Kansas 66216, until the above time at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Lenexa Municipal Services Center. Any bid received after the designated closing time will not be considered and will be returned unopened.

An in-person pre-bid meeting will not be held. Instead, please submit questions via email to the City’s Project Manager, Cody Wilbers. The deadline for questions is 4:00pm on March 26th, 2026.
