Bid Synopsis:	The Wisconsin Department of Administration (DOA), Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS) on behalf of the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI), requests Proposals for the purchase of Claims Services for the Injured Patients and Families Compensation Fund (Fund). The State intends to use the results of this RFP to award a Contract to one (1) responsive, responsible Proposer. OCI does not guarantee it will purchase any specific quantity or dollar amount. Proposals that require a minimum amount of services be ordered will be rejected. There will be no guarantee to purchase any specific quantity or pay any minimum Contract cost during the term of the Contract. The State reserves the right to cancel this RFP for any reason prior to the issuance of the Notice of Intent to Award. 1.3 Scope of Work 1.3.1 Project Description OCI is seeking a Contractor to administer Claims Services on behalf of the Fund which includes, but is not limited to, administration, adjusting and management of claims including monitoring a case through to final resolution, management and oversight of all litigation, maintenance of claims data, and production of reports as directed by the OCI, and all in accordance with all applicable State and federal statutes, rules, and regulations.
