Project Description: This Request for Proposals is intended to solicit proposals from firms to provide field investigative and adjusting services, including reporting and/or processing from a local office or resident adjusters. The resultant contract term shall be for a 5-year base period. Firms Must have sufficient resources and qualified staff to investigate liability claims of the City. See section 3.3 for more detailed claims services required.
