Project Description: St. Louis Community College is looking to partner with a vendor to support the Chancellor’s Leadership Academy (CLA) cohort with leadership assessments and individual development insights.
This work will focus on helping participants better understand their strengths and development areas, along with providing insights back to STLCC to support the broader program.
CLA is designed to strengthen leadership skills and equip leaders with the tools needed to navigate complex challenges and drive organizational success. Through a collaborative learning environment, the program develops visionary leaders who inspire others and help move St. Louis Community College toward continued growth and excellence.
Program Objectives
• Advance Strategic and Values-Based Leadership
o Strengthen leaders’ ability to align decisions and actions with STLCC’s mission, values, and strategic goals while driving long-term institutional impact.
• Enhance Emotional Intelligence and Inclusive Leadership
o Develop self-aware, empathetic, and adaptable leaders who foster trust, collaboration, and belonging across diverse teams and communities.
• Drive Organizational Excellence and Change
o Equip leaders with practical tools in project and change management to effectively plan, implement, and sustain initiatives that advance organizational performance.
• Apply Learning into Strategic Action
o Apply leadership concepts through actionable projects that demonstrate measurable outcomes and contribute to STLCC’s strategic priorities.
