This solicitation is to award a contract to a supplier who can provide and install a Commercial Food Service Gas Steamer for the Ohio Department of Youth Services (ODYS) Circleville Juvenile Correctional Facility (CJCF).

Cost Proposal:

Suppliers must complete the item grid in OhioBuys and provide Product Information as an attachment in OhioBuys.

The attachments must include:

1. Qualifications, including holding applicable licenses and/or certifications, to perform the scope of work.
2. Indicate your experience in performing the scope of work over the past five (3) years.
   1. If subcontracting the installation, please provide the name of the subcontractor and list their qualifications and experience in performing commercial food service installations.

This quote must indicate:

1 x Commercial Food Service Gas Steamer

CJCF currently owns SteamCraft Gemini 10 Stemer, model 24-CGA-10.2

Service Description

While the quoted steamer does not need to be this model , the quoted steamer shall be equivalent in quality, and power to include the following specs:

• Pressureless Convection Design

• Dual compartmental with each compartment having independent controls

• Designed for up to 10 full size food service pans approximately 20 ¾”  X 12 ¾”

• Automatic water fill

• Heavy duty doors and door latch mechanisms

• Easy Access Cleaning Ports

• Capability of holding a constant steaming temperature

• Digital Timer for each compartment

• Stainless Steel Adjustable Legs with Flanged Feet

• Capable of Steaming efficiently through even steam distribution

• Capable of Automatic steam shut off when door opens

• AGA compliant

• Must come with a 2 year warranty from date of installation.

This solicitation will be awarded based on the lowest quote for the entire bid and the most responsive and responsible bidder to include delivery, setup, and warranty if applicable.  By submitting quote(s) for this solicitation, you are guaranteeing quoted pricing for 60 days.  No adjustments are permitted once a purchase order have been generated and received.
