CIVIL AND/OR PROSECUTION SERVICES. The City of Champlin is seeking qualifications and proposals for legal services from firms/attorneys experienced in municipal law and representation of municipal clients as City Attorney. As City Attorney, the selected law firm will be expected to provide a wide and diverse range of legal services. This request includes both Civil and Prosecution services. Interested firms may submit for one or both services. Services are expected to begin on or before November 1. The full RFP can be found on the City’s website .
