Project Description: Bernalillo County recognizes the critical need to expand access to civil legal services for its residents, particularly those facing economic hardship and marginalization. In response, the Bernalillo County Commission has expressed its support for establishing a civil legal services fund and has appropriated $250,000 from the General Fund to establish or contribute to such a program (Bernalillo County Administrative Resolution No. 2025-62).
