CIVIL LEGAL SERVICES. Lonsdale is requesting proposals for comprehensive Civil Legal and related technical services. The firm selected will be designated as the City Attorney. Services may include but not be limited to: drafting/reviewing ordinances, interpret, advise and recommend revisions to the City Code, prepare/review contracts, represent the City in matters related to code enforcement, employment and litigation related matters, acquisition of properties, condemnation and environmental matters and Land Use applications. A copy of the full RFP can be obtained on the City’s website. Proposals are due to the City by 12 p.m. (noon) on February 28, 2025.
