Civida is seeking a qualified contractor to complete a restoration project for three (3) residential townhouse units. The successful contractor will provide services including demolition, construction, testing, completion, handover, and remedying of defects at Yellowbird III located at 11251 20 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta as further described in this RFQ.

All work under this RFQ must be completed no later than August 31, 2025.
