CIVIC PLAZA SITE IMPROVEMENTS & FS3 CONCRETE REPAIR

The City of Bloomington will receive sealed lump sum bids until 11:00 A.M., Thursday, May 29, 2025 through the Bids and Tenders web portal. Bid documents will not be accepted in any other location or format. Bid documents sent directly to the City of Bloomington will be returned unopened and not considered for award. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud during a live WebEx meeting immediately after the specified closing time. A link to the bid opening can
be obtained by emailing purchasing@bloomingtonmn.gov . All bids submitted are to be valid for sixty (60) calendar days.

SCOPE OF WORK DESCRIPTION:
The scope of work for this Project shall include, but not be limited to:
For the Civic Plaza Site Improvements portion of the project, the work will include repair and replacement of walks, lighting, bollards and landscaping
For the Fire Station 3 (FS3) portion of the project the work will include repair and replacement of concrete apron, and drive adjacent to the equipment bay doors.
COMPLETION TIME:  Sixty (60) days.

PRE-BID MEETING:
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, May 15 , 2025 at the Civic Plaza, Bloomington, MN 55431. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting to become familiar with the project.
