Civic Center Mobility Project

Work tasks on this project generally consists of the construction of curb, gutter, sidewalk, walking path, driveways, curb ramps, retaining wall, street light, joint trench, road widening, pavement delineation, landscaping, storm drain and other complete street elements work on Main Street, Front Street, McConnel Avenue and the east side of the Civic Center Campus complete in place per the plans, specifications, City of Shasta Lake Construction Standards and these Contract Documents All other items or details not mentioned above that are required by the Plans or the Contract Documents shall be furnished, fabricated, constructed, or installed.  The Engineer’s Estimate for the base-bid work is $582,000.00.

The project includes seven additive alternate bid items. Additive alternate bid items AA1-AA7 may be selected for the contract as the construction budget allows.
