Civic Campus Master Plan Update RFP

Since the funding for the License Passport Center and Dance Studio (LPCDS) was not approved, the City Council has directed staff to seek a consultant/architect to conduct a limited update to the Civic Campus Master Plan (CCMP) and Civic Campus Pre-Design Study (CCPDS). The overall goal is to provide updated cost estimates for the Maintenance Operations Center (MOC) and LPCDS as depicted in the Pre-Design Study as well as to investigate additional options for replacing the LPCDS. The City is interested in finding out if there are alternative options that are cheaper than the current plan, such as using part of the existing campus footprint. A possible second phase of work includes looking at additional options.

Release RFP – February 11, 2025
Proposal Due – March 3, 2025
Award Contract – March 17, 2025
