| Notes | It is the intention of the City of Allen to enter an annual contract for the Labor Repair and Servicing of City-owned Fleet Vehicles. The fleet consists of over 450 vehicles including four-door sedans, pickup trucks, heavy duty utility trucks, sport utility vehicles, passenger vans, cargo vans, trailers and passenger buses. This contract will be utilized on an as-needed basis. City of Allen is requesting solicitations from qualified automotive service and repair shops with a physical location established within a 20-mile radius of Allen City Hall (305 Century Parkway, Allen, TX 75013). The City’s estimated annual expenditure for this service is $350,000. |
