The City of Artesia is seeking proposals from qualified consulting professionals or firms to create a modern and comprehensive Citywide Strategic Communications Plan. The City's intent is to review existing communications outlets and efforts and establish best practices for maximum efficiency and to reach and inform the broadest possible audience about Artesia.
