City Wide Sidewalk Improvements

The attention of bidders submitting proposals for the above-referenced project is called
to the following Addendum to the Request for Proposals indicated above. The items set
forth herein, whether of omission, addition, substitution or other change, are all to be
included in, and form a part of the proposed Contract Documents for the work.
Inclusion of this Addendum must be acknowledged in the spaces provided in the
document entitled "Request for Proposals RFP #26-008 - City Wide Sidewalk
Improvements." Failure to acknowledge any and all addenda in the above specified bid
form may be cause for rejection of the bids by the Owner on the grounds that it is not
responsive.
This Addendum consists of two (2) pages and two (2) attachments
ADDENDUM ITEMS
1. SIGN-IN SHEET
ITEM 1-1: Sign-In Sheet from Pre-Bid Conference held on March 11, 2026 is
attached hereto. See attachment #1

2. QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Q1: Can you email the awarded numbers for the previous bid for this work?
A1: See attachment #2
Q2: The contract duration is listed as 3 years. Will the prices hold firm for the 3 years
or is there a yearly price escalation?
A2: This will be a three (3) year contract where annual prices are to remain the same.
Following the three (3) year expiration date of the contract, a price increase will
be negotiated and considered for contract extensions.
Q3: Will there be any price adjustments if quantities given in the field do not meet
typical minimum volume quantity for ordering a concrete truck?
A3: Yes
