All questions must be submitted in writing no later than March 12th, 2026 at 4:00 PM to JRosa@Cityofmelrose.org. A 5% Bid Bond/Deposit will be required upon submittal of the sealed bid. A 100% performance bond and 100% payment bond will be required upon the award of the contract.
