2026 Citywide Pavement Patching for Water & Sewer Maintenance

Several small areas of pavement patching, sidewalk replacement, curb and gutter replacement, driveway replacement, structure adjustments and other miscellaneous appurtenances all in accordance with the Plans and specifications.

The primary function of this contract is to restore hardscape areas that have been affected by utility repairs made by the City of Aurora's Water and Sewer Division. The secondary function of this contract is to remove and replace sidewalk squares that are flagged with vertical displacements between squares. The locations are organized into lists that will be provided to the contractor over the course of the contract by the City of Aurora's Engineering Division. GIS software will be used to keep track of restoration locations, completed work, and their corresponding quantities.
