Citywide Municipal Code Compliance Field Assessment and Analysis Services

Project Description: It is the intent of the City of Brownsville, Texas to solicit proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a citywide municipal code compliance field assessment to evaluate observable conditions throughout the community and identify potential violations of the City’s municipal codes and ordinances. The purpose of this assessment is to provide the City with an independent evaluation of current compliance conditions, identify recurring issues and geographic trends, and support data-driven decision making regarding future enforcement priorities, resource allocation, and operational improvements.
