CITYWIDE JANITORIAL SERVICES PROPOSAL #SV-25-P-031/TB”

The City of Titusville is requesting proposals from licensed Contractors (Proposers) qualified to perform professional janitorial cleaning of multiple buildings citywide in accordance with scope of work and specifications provided in solicitation. The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish an annual contract with one (1) qualified firm.

All proposals must be delivered to the following address no later than the due date listed:

Pre-proposal conference : July 28th, 2025 @ 2:00 p.m.

The Pre-proposal conference is non-mandatory and will be held in Council Chambers located in Titusville City Hall, 555 S. Washington Ave. 2 ^nd floor, Titusville, FL 32796 .

The proposer must submit one (1) hardcopy and one (1) electronic copy on USB flash drive or CD/DVD, in a PDF format, in a sealed envelope and/or box and must be received no later than the due date listed above.

Qualifications:

Proposer must be registered to conduct business in the State of Florida. Registration Certificate to be provided by the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations, establishing your firm as eligible to conduct business in the State of Florida. Please refer to website: www.sunbiz.org. The Contractor must have a valid business license to conduct professional janitorial services in the State of Florida. License shall be included at time of bidding.
The Proposer must have been engaged in the performance of commercial janitorial services for no less than three (3) consecutive years prior to the award of the contract.
