Citywide Grounds Maintenance

Project Description: This Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFCSP) is intended to set forth the requirements to establish a three-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service price agreement for citywide ground maintenance services within the corporate boundaries of Dallas, Texas to include but not limited to mowing, landscaping, litter removal, watering and herbicide application for the grounds maintenance of private property and/or public median/planters, paved areas, rights-of-way, code violation properties, Dallas Water Utility (DWU) facilities, Park and Recreation properties, sumps within the levee areas, creeks, lots and channels for other areas within the City.
