Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City of Liberty Hill, Texas for:

Citywide Generator Maintenance and Repair

The intent of this solicitation is to hire a qualified contractor to furnish all on- site services, equipment, labor and materials necessary to furnish all services, equipment, labor and materials necessary to provide annual maintenance (AM) services, preventative maintenance (PM) services and repairs for the generators located throughout City owned facilities. This shall include but is not limited to servicing, trouble shooting, repairing, ordering replacement parts in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and making any necessary repairs to ensure each generator is operating as designed for intended application.

This solicitation will be posted on the City’s website at www.Libertyhilltx.gov and on the Texas Comptroller’s website at www.Txsmartbuy.gov beginning July  21, 2025.

All proposals must be submitted for consideration no later than August 14, 2025, at 2:00 PM CST.

Sealed submissions should be clearly labeled “DO NOT OPEN” and delivered to:
