The City of Beaumont requests bids to furnish all plans, administration, superintendence, labor, services, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, utilities, and all other items and facilities necessary therefore, as provided in the Contract Documents for the construction of:

Attendance at the Pre-bid meeting is a prerequisite to bidding. Prior to the pre-bid conference, interested bidders should obtain forms of proposal, contract, bond, and specifications. No one will be allowed to enter the pre-bid conference if arrival is later than 5 minutes after the designated time. Calls for any technical difficulties must be made prior to the meeting.
