Project Description: The City of Palm Bay requires debt collection services for the Utility and Building Departments. Accounts sent to collections include outstanding utility bills and unpaid permit fees. Each department needing collection services will have its own requirements. The general project requirements will remain the same, but the business requirements will vary by department. The City does not perform collection activities on accounts.
