Citywide Concrete Services

Project Description: The City of Wylie is soliciting this Request for Bids (“RFB”) to establish a one (1) year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (“ID/IQ”) service price agreement with three (3) one-year renewal options for annual Concrete Services projects. IDIQ agreements are used to establish a master agreement for goods and/or services that are purchased repetitively over a period of time that cannot be quantified. The City estimates the annual expenditure to be approximately $850,000.00. Services procured through this solicitation will be ordered on an as-needed basis.
Projects will be located throughout the City. Work included through this procurement may include the removal, replacement, and/or installation of concrete streets, sidewalks, drive approaches, parking lots, medians, alleys, retaining walls, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and barrier-free sidewalk ramps. Contractor must furnish all necessary materials, machinery, equipment, fuel, labor, and superintendence for services related to concrete and asphalt pavement, as well as new construction of concrete structures such as retaining walls, steps, or sidewalks. Materials and workmanship must conform to the highest standards of industry practice.
