Scope: This project will rehabilitate existing concrete rail on five historic downtown bridges over the San Antonio River to include construction, bridge and drawbridge, traffic control services with placement and removal of control devices. The bridges include Convent Street; E. Martin Street; E. Travis Street; N. Presa Street; and Villita Street.
