The City of Waterbury is requesting qualifications for Full Requirements Electricity Supply Service Providers up to the Delivery Point for all of the City's facilities. It is the City’s intention to review and approve responses from any and all qualified respondents. All approved electricity service providers will be invited to participate in a traditional electricity RFP ran by Titan Energy New England, Inc. Respondent’s should note that it is not the City’s intention to review pricing within the RFQ responses.
