City Trees for Planting

The City of Pocatello is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors for trees that will be planted at various locations in Pocatello, ID 83201.

Interested bidders can mail or hand-deliver the completed City of Pocatello bid forms. Bids can be mailed or delivered to: City of Pocatello, Attn: Planning & Development Services Department, “City Trees for Planting” 911 N. 7th Avenue, Pocatello, ID 83201.

This contract(s) will be awarded on a per item basis to the responsive and responsible vendor(s) who offers the listed item for the lowest price.  Vendors are not required to bid on all items identified in this Request for Bids. The city may award any or all items. Multiple contracts may result from this procurement.

The vendor must furnish all goods and accessories usually considered to be standard for the item specified.  The vendor must set forth in the space provided herein the information requested, and the bid must be accompanied by whatever published material is necessary to fully describe the item being offered, in sufficient detail as to enable the City to fully evaluate the bid.

NOTE: The Bid Price Sheets must be filled out completely, signed and returned in a sealed bid package.  A bid may be considered non-responsive if the Bid Price Sheets are incomplete or not sealed. Bidders are not required to bid on all items to be considered responsive.

Project Timeline: All items must be delivered by May 15, 2026
