Invitation to Bid
The City of Adairsville is seeking bids from qualified street sweeping contractors for street sweeping
services at various locations within the City.
Scope of Work:
* All work is to be performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 7 am and
10pm.
* Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the
scope of work.
* Maintain General Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 minimum) and furnish proof of such
insurance.

The submittal must provide for all costs, services, fees and any other expenses including, but not limited
to those services specified and recommended. All bids must be sent to Jordan Redd, in a sealed
envelope with Street Sweeping noted on the envelope. No electronic submittals will be accepted and
any that are received will be deemed non-responsive. Bids will be opened on June 17, 2026 at 10am.

Bid Award Criteria:
The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The City of Adairsville reserves
the right to reject any or all bids and to negotiate terms with the selected contractor if necessary.
Once the contractor is chosen, they will be required to complete the City of Adairsville vendor
application.
