City Street Lighting Restoration Design Services

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)

The City of Clayton, Missouri is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consulting firms to provide professional engineering design services for the restoration of the City’s street lighting system following tornado-related damage. The project includes field observation and confirmation of damage to approximately 130 street lighting poles, evaluation of associated electrical circuitry, and development of engineering recommendations for repair or replacement. Design services will include preparation of FEMA-supportive documentation, construction-ready plans, specifications, and probable construction costs.

This procurement will be conducted in accordance with Missouri Revised Statutes Sections 8.285 through 8.291 (qualifications-based selection).

SOQs are due no later than 4:00 PM (Central Time) on February 26, 2026. Electronic submittals are preferred. The full RFQ document is available for download below.
