City Streambank Restoration (2026)

The City of Greenville (City) is requesting bids from qualified contractors (Contractor) to assist the City in implementing streambank stabilization and enhancement activities along the Reedy River located on City property, slightly upstream of the Conestee Nature Preserve.

NOTE: The City is also requesting bids for a Bid Alternate portion of the project to assist the City in implementing streambank stabilization activities along a stretch of a tributary of the Reedy River located in the Southernside neighborhood north of Unity Park. Reference attached documents for scope and location.

Base Bid project: Reedy River Restoration

Bid Alternate project: Southernside Bank Stabilization

Bids will be received electronically until 2:00 P.M. ET, April 30, 2026. The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., April 21, 2026.
