The City of Saco, Maine is inviting proposals from qualified vendors for the implementation of the City Services Civic Platform. This initiative will modernize permitting, licensing, planning, and citizen engagement processes through a secure, cloud-based, mobile-friendly solution with robust API integrations.

Summary of Scope:
The platform will include modules for Building & Permitting, Planning & Zoning, Plan Review, Business Licensing, Short-Term Rental Compliance, Citizen Service Requests, and Asset Management. Vendors must provide software licensing, configuration, data migration, integration, training, and ongoing support.
